My business partner and I were actually surprised by the excellent customer service at the Browns hotel. Dennis at the front desk were great too ensure our stay was enjoyable. He not only helped us with our room and organized a wonderful table at the bar, but also assisted with paying the bills and arranging transportation. The drinks at the bar were perfect, especially my extra dry martini. The rooms were spacious and quiet, exceeding London standards. I highly recommend this hotel for its really good service and pleasant experience.
