My business partner and I were pleasantly surprised by the excellent customer service at the Browns hotel. Dennis at the front desk went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. He not only helped us with our room and organized a wonderful table at the bar, but also assisted with paying the bills and arranging transportation. The drinks at the bar were perfect, especially my extra dry martini. The rooms were spacious and quiet, exceeding London standards. I highly recommend this hotel for its really good service and pleasant experience.

Abbiamo apprezzato molto questa struttura. La camera era spaziosa, pulita e arredata con gusto. Inoltre, l'hotel si trova in una zona strategica per i trasporti pubblici, a soli 1 minuto a piedi dalla fermata della metropolitana. La convenienza del parcheggio privato, anche se a pagamento, è stata un bonus, e lo staff è stato molto accomodante riguardo agli orari. La colazione era di ottima qualità e con molta varietà.
